Delivery, exchange and purchase policy
the guitars are sent by post in protected packaging. Shipping costs are automatically displayed in the basket. The guitars are all adjusted by professionals before being put on sale and an inspection is carried out before sending them by post. As the guitars are second hands you can ask us questions by email at info@fendergibson.com or request additional photos.
It is also possible to make us a sale or exchange offer for another guitar by email to: info@fendergibson.com
Exchanges and refunds and redemptions
New guitars can be returned within 15 days, provided they have not undergone any modifications to their condition or electronics. Refunds will be issued after deduction of the initial shipping costs plus credit card, processing, and packaging fees (-14%).
Vintage and second-hand guitars and effects pedals are not returnable, as they may be on consignment from private sellers. For this reason, you can request additional details about the instrument or photos. Instruments are checked and set up before shipping, but if a problem persists, we will do our best to resolve it.
