For sale is an original 1964 Fender Stratocaster. The Olympic White finish on the body was professionally renewed in the late 1970s. Over time, some lacquer cracks, discoloration, and wear have reappeared. The patina has developed naturally, not artificially aged! (not clearly visible in the photos) The finish on the neck is still completely original, as is the spaghetti logo! The guitar was acquired long ago by a collector from a well-known US dealer as having its original finish. It was later sold to an outstanding guitarist and musician, where it was used on stage again. To preserve its original condition, the still-functioning original potentiometers were replaced with high-quality new parts. The original green guard was also replaced with a reproduction guard, and a 5-way switch was installed. Of course, all original parts are present and will be included with the guitar. The original pickups with original pickup covers are installed. The original guard has been screwed onto a wooden board to prevent it from shrinking.
This 1964 Fender Stratocaster L serial number is completely original. Only the body has been professionally repainted in nitrocellulose lacquer. To protect it, the original pickguard is mounted on a wooden plate to prevent warping; it can be reattached to the guitar at any time. The original pots and selector switch are also in the case. To prevent wear and tear, higher-quality replacements have been installed. This guitar is extraordinary to play; holding it in your hands is an unforgettable experience. The white finish is highly sought after, which is why it was professionally repainted.
