This is a Tele-Star Teisco that was made by Matsumoku in Japan 1960s. Tele Star was the house brand of a certain wholesaler, but they farmed production to several different Japanese companies. This one comes from the house of Teisco. 
It has an offset waist, and a slightly different body shape with a more pronounced horn. The one toaster pickup sounds super fat for one single coil. 
This vintage guitar is a truly rare oldtimer. It is a wonderful decoration that will be perfect for your vintage guitar collection. To be played it will need a good cleaning and a great adjustment. This guitar is sold in its original condition, just taken out of an attic. Very rare, it could be in a museum.
