This is historical, you read that right... it was produced in 1917 in the United States. It tells the whole story of the early days of Mr. Orville Gibson. Whether you're a guitarist or not, having this marvel in your living room is extraordinary. I am a guitarist, and I must say that this guitar is perfectly playable and has a sound and resonance worthy of a Gibson. For its age, it is in remarkable condition

The guitar shows signs of 109 years of use.

A couple of cracks on the top were repaired years ago.

There are signs of use on the push-button tremolo.

The tuning machines are not original : Golden Age Restoration Tuners for Solid Peghead Guitar with Bell-end,

nickel relic finish. Original case, handle missing.
